Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just what I expected from a Premier Inn – clean and suitably adequate for exploring London. The room, although lacking a safe, had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The service was exceptionally friendly and went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. The location, right on Euston Road near St Pancras station, was perfect for easy access to transportation around London. The dining experience, especially the English breakfast, was tasty and offered good choices. Overall, a great value for the price.
The hotel is ideally located opposite the British Library and very close to St Pancras International Station, making it extremely easy to move around. The rooms are well-equipped but a bit crowded even though I had confirmed a triple room, with plenty of mirrors, which is fantastic for disabled guests. The service was impeccable, with friendly and efficient staff going out of their way to make our honeymoon stay lovely. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a variety of options from continental to English breakfast selections. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
I was lucky to check in early and settle in the clean, comfortable, and secure rooms. The staff, although overstretched, were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to major tube stations, pubs, and restaurants. The dining experience was surprisingly good, offering great value for money. The facilities were convenient and modern.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds, but the lack of a telephone was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch with first-class customer service, although I'm still waiting for a promised refund for the non-breakfast. The location was perfect for our travel plans, especially being close to Kings Cross/StPancras. The dining options were great but slightly on the pricey side. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Euston, Kings Cross, and St Pancras stations, making it a great spot for travelers. The rooms are clean and cozy with all the essentials for a short stay, though they are on the small side. The service was friendly and accommodating, providing a helpful experience. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, catering well to families. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the overall value for money is quite good.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and surprisingly quiet despite the busy road nearby. However, I did find the price a bit on the higher side for just one night. The feeling of slightly unused was noticeable but didn't affect my comfort overall.
The hotel's location is superb, especially for Eurostar travelers, directly opposite the British Library and close to St Pancras station. The rooms, although with limited storage space and small fridge needs, have comfy beds. The service was great and very helpful, but there were occasional denials to guest requests. The dining experience, just a few minutes walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross Station, offers good value, especially if you have children who eat free. The facilities were commendable, adding to the overall positive experience.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were decorated with balloons and banners, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. It was incredibly quiet despite being in the heart of Central London. The only downside was the slippery baths in some rooms.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and up to Premier's usual high standard, providing a quiet and cozy environment. The staff were very helpful during my check-out process, making my experience even better. However, the dining experience, while good, had some busy moments and could use improvements. The location was superb, being centrally located in London and close to major transport hubs. Overall, I had a fantastic stay.
